Lovely quiet street/neighbourhood within immediate walking distance to the CBD, off street and street parking available. Less than 1km to the main shopping district. A 2 bedroom unit with all modern accessories as shown in the photos. Wifi, Port-a-cot and Highchair. Even a coffee machine :) Please note: Street parking is strictly 4 hours. Off street parking at rear. Stair for rear entrance a little steep, but fully flat front front entrance. We hope you love our little "Cosy on Moody"
