The sweet country cottage is set at the bottom of a tree-lined drive and below an old barn once used as a sculpture studio and now as a tree nursery. Only 1.5 hours from Sydney, it will transport you to another world so you can relax & recharge on your next getaway.

This cottage is 4 mins drive from Bowral with delightful country views to the Wingecarribee River. It has 2 bedrooms - both Queen size beds with reverse cycle air conditioning. A functioning kitchenette as well as a breakfast table & chairs, smart TV/Nettflix in a cosy sitting room. Blue & white bathroom. Ideal for a couple or with baby or 2 couples. I get a lot of 2 + 1 guests which works equally as well. Two private outside areas to sit and enjoy the peaceful rural views is also available.

29 On Shepherd is a small original 1940’s , cosy cottage within easy walking distance to the centre of Bowral. The owner lives in the back 2 storey extension connected by a solid door with total privacy for both and is often away. Noise is not an issue! The two guest bedrooms have one king and 2 king single very comfortable beds, reverse cycle air conditioning, overhead fans, and wardrobe space. A full bathroom with bath, shower and toilet + powder room. Kitchenette, eating area and lounge.

The property has been lovingly restored by Collette Dinnigan and features unique pieces throughout each corner of the barn from her travels around the world. Arafel Park is a stunningly renovated original Southern Highlands 1930's estate. Proudly sitting on 2 acres of cold climate gardens, the property features a main residence and a separate servants cottage. The main house has 4 bedrooms (2 of them are adjoining) that holds 1 King bed and 3 queens. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with one King and one Queen bed. The lounge room of cottage has a daybed and a trundle or porta-cot that can be setup on request.

As the apartment is upstairs, this property is not suitable for people with restricted mobility. Property not suitable for children under 12 years.
