The view is amazing! Very kid/baby friendly place. All the adults and kids had such a great time. The walk to the nearest bus stop is not super far. And the beach is right out the front door! Plus, there is a 7-eleven right next door. Would highly recommend to all families!

Everything was fine. The apartment is bright and spacious. Great for big groups. Very nice view from the window to Songjeong beach. Blueline Beach train stop is very close, 10-15 minutes to the subway station. The only inconvenience was that there was no kettle or water cooler to make tea or noodles, we had to use a saucepan to heat the water. There were also no cups, only glasses.

It was a quick trip, so I suddenly decided, but it was nice to go to a good place at a very reasonable price! It was nice to have a rooftop terrace with a perfect ocean view and a barbecue in every room! The barbecue wasn't cold, and the space was spacious, so it would be nice to come as a group! I went with 7 people, and all three beds were big and fluffy, and there was a spacious sofa, so it was comfortable to sleep👍. Even if you come from, there are extra blankets, so I think it would be okay! Unlike other accommodations, there were so many towels, so it was so comfortable.😁 The floor was also marble, and it was very warm, so it was nice! The parking lot is also a cafe building, so it's nice that it's spacious and the subway station is 4 minutes away. Most of all, I was so grateful that the host responded so quickly ~! It's a private house, so I had so much fun with my friends!! I want to come again next time!

Had a pleasant stay. Location was good, view was good, indoor ambiance was good. Our family of 7 enjoyed the stay. There was so much to do that we did not feel bored at all. There was a kids play room, an arcade machine with >2k games and also KTV set (but no option to enable original vocals). Do note that the pool needed more than 1h to fill up. After turning on the water at max, we only managed to get it half full after 4h. Host was responsive and tried to troubleshoot, unfortunately he explained that there were too many in the building using water resulting in low water flow. Also note that the fancy window in one of the room did not come with blinds (presumaly to see the view from the bed). I feedback to the host and he tried to block it with cloth and tape but it fell. Appreciate the effort! There were some bouts of sewage smell and toilet basins did not have hot water, but otherwise all was good. Host was very responsive throughout. Will definitely recommend for ppl w kids.

Beautiful apartment, with great views overlooking Gwangalli beach. Lots of great restaurants and can walk to Gwangan station to access more locations in Busan.

The owner's delicacy is well reflected in the accommodation. I used it well before heading out. Thank you.

The review says the structure is unusual, but the entrance is unusual. Pros: Very spacious, kitchen utensils are relaxing, especially the soup and rice bowls are cute. There were many pretty coffee cups, so I enjoyed coffee while listening to good sound quality Bluetooth speaker music. The bathroom is clean and there are plenty of linens. Disadvantages: There is a fireplace in the living room, but the boiler line didn't come in (the bedroom is very warm), so it was a bit of a pity when playing. However, I was very satisfied with the people I went with. The owner was also very kind.
