Holiday rentals in Bussi Island

Michael is an excellent host-- always responsive and genuinely cares about the comfort of his clients. The house is in a nice location--a nice mix of private/quiet but very walkable with the Victoria Mall right around the corner. The tall trees make for nice protection from heat and there were good breezes. Located directly next to the botanical gardens, there were often monkeys passing through the trees/yard in the early evening. Richard who supported the cleaning/running of the house was a gentleman.

I can highly recommend Simon’s place! We enjoyed our stay very much. The gate man was prompt and helpful, Simon responded to every question in a timely manner, and the home was pleasant and comfortable. We are grateful for our experience there.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure my stay was perfect. The location was convenient, offering both privacy and easy access to key areas. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay!

Good welcoming host and caretaker very clean place with cleaner available on weekly basis. secure place with very good security system. We felt comfortable as family staying here for the third time. Positive and quick response from host. Herbert is the best caretaker ever. we enjoyed our stay.

Once again, thank you so very much for hosting me, Sarah. The place looked exactly as it looked on the pictures online and the evinronment was extremely clean, quiet and gave a sense of safety. There is also a good view of the sunrise. The place and service deserve more than five stars. The host was amiable and kind, always willing to assist with anything I needed. Despite not speaking the language, she helped me get around by driving me or arranging taxis or boda boda. It was worth the money, and if I visit again, I will definitely stay at Sarah’s Home Stay. I only wish I had more time to stay longer. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or anyone visiting Uganda who doesn't know where to start.
