The location could hardly be more idyllic: located directly on the dike and adjacent to a meadow, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the countryside. With a little luck you will see sheep on the dike and cows on the meadow – real North Sea feeling included.

Welcome to the loving & modern holiday home "Fritzi" in Tossens. You can expect an infrared sauna, two bedrooms (one with access to the large balcony), a spacious south-facing terrace, a light-filled living area with a fireplace and open-plan kitchen, your own free parking space in front of the house, bicycle storage (lockable), insect screens and blackout options, and individually controllable underfloor heating. Bedlinnens and towels can be booked or brought yourself!

The “Hof am Siel” is a former farm near the village of Ruhwarden. The front part is yours, from where you have access to the large garden: playground equipment and hobby house to romp around to your heart's content for the little ones, quiet corners to relax for the adults. Paddle in the dinghy on the Sieltief or cycle to the dike, the fun pool or the play barn in Burhave. Our hobby farm invites you to look. There is no boredom here, but relaxation is guaranteed.

Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

Located directly on the Weser and thus an unrestricted view of the water and the busy shipping traffic. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathtub and one with two single beds. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. The cozy underfloor heating or the cooling air conditioning are just two of the many amenities. The large living and dining area is flooded with light and has two outdoor areas. The view of the Weser is simply unique.

The Wadden Sea nearby, with ebb and flow, every moment is different here, every day new. There is a lot to discover. It is fantastic by bike. The location is perfect for calming down and slowing down and we would like to share this place.
