Lake View Lodge

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views every morning across the meadow, Lake Windermere, fells and mountains beyond. The Lodge is a self-contained cabin with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

The Hide Lodge is a stylish space, designed with relaxing and retreating in mind. It is cosy and warm with underfloor heating. The open plan lounge and living area has full width bi-fold doors, which allows the space to be fully opened up to feel like part of the woodland beyond. The main bedroom boasts sliding french doors, also overlooking the woodland and stream, with a bath placed to enjoy this view. There is a private terrace and patio area to enjoy al-fresco dining or star-gazing.

Our spacious pod is situated next to our nature tarn for a relaxing break away from any road noises. Feel secluded to truly unwind. Perfect for a couple or large enough for a family of 4, We have a small 15 pitch campsite and 4 holiday cottages. We have 3 camping pods. Our modern shared bathroom facilities are highly rated. The pod has underfloor heating so you are guaranteed to be warm no matter the season. Easy access to Keswick and Cockermouth and the coast is only 20 minutes drive.

Water lovers are in a perfect place, to access the lake at the bottom of the stairs leading from the decking. Nature lovers can enjoy watching the many birds and wildlife pass by. Located on White Cross Bay, the lodge is in a fantastic place to explore the Lake District and it's only £3.00 by bus to anywhere in The Lakes.
