Casa Sitaru este acel cuib ce indeamna la relaxare, confort, prietenie si veselie. Face parte din Deleni Retreat, concept turistic care se afla pe un teren de 3,3 ha cu padure de salcami, spatii verzi naturale cat vezi cu ochii si livezi. Locul pare rupt de lume, situat pe deal intre doua sate si strajuit de batranii pini. In zona se afla Vulcanii Noroiosi, Lacul Mocearu, Focurile Vii, Muntele de Sare, Platoul Meledic, Fierbatorile de la Beciu (o din parte Geoparcul UNESCO Tinutul Buzaului).

Panaite's Home reprezinta locul ideal pentru o vacanta linistita cu familia/prietenii. Locatia cuprinde 4 camere duble, 3 bai, living, bucatarie si salon pentru biliard/ping-pong. Gradina din spate vine in ajutor cu un foisor complet echipat cu gratar si zona de relaxare. Atractiile turistice din apropiere fac zona si mai frumoasa: Lacul Siriu, Focul Viu, Cascada Pruncea, Vf. Penteleu, raul Buzau(cunoscut pentru rafting), Lacul Vulturilor precum si nenumaratele drumetii prin padure.
