A cute and cosy house in the heart of old town of Brasov. From the bedroom you can enjoy the view over the castle like church, the little garden with many flowers and trees. In a few minutes you can get to the wild forest of nature reserve Mount Tampa or the city center for its attractions and restaurants, cafes & bistros. It is located on a narrow street next to the first romanian school, with entrance through the private courtyard shared with us, your hosts, living in the next door house.

You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.

This 19th century traditional house has been designed to match what we believe people want, maximum comfort, absolute peace, holiday feel and absolute attention to detail.  Renovated in April 2019, the designers tried to keep the character of the building, keeping the original brickwork and wooden beams and restoring certain items such as: the 100 year old clawfoot bathtub and the Thonet washstand found in the attic bathroom, the Thonet chairs and the eclectic floor lamps in the living room.

Dear guest, my name is Andhra and I am an independent artist/ anthropologist and this is a very special place, on the 1st floor of an old house on a quiet street with trees. It is cosy, natural and gives you inner peace. You can hear the birds and feel close to the outside nature. The 2 rooms give you comfort to separate sleep from day activities. 10 min walk to main blvd, University square and 3 min walk to the lovely small parks, a wine bar, restaurant and a cafe right near the house.

This traditional house was built in 1928 on the cliff of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, which is part of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. In addition to the spectacular landscape that can be seen from the yard, the property extends to the waterfront where we have arranged a birdwatching hide for our guests from where they can observe the rich avifauna of the area. Here we have also set up a place for water activities. Our guests can use kayaks and a rowing boat for free.

Our village is situated between Brasov city and Sibiu city, 2 km to the national way DN 1, 15 km to the faimous roud "trasfagarasan", 15 km to the highest mountains in Romania.The house is an old house wich preserves the atmosphere of the 1900s, the furniture has over 100 years old. It is a good place to experience the original peasant life in the middle of Transylvania. Here it is a good place and a easy way to discover our Country, our culture and our life.
