On the south-facing terrace, you can enjoy nature and silence. Parking is available directly at the cottage and down by the road.

With only 150 m to the slopes, you'll only have time to wake up before you can take the first turns on the Manchester slope. There are slopes for everyone, from green to black and nice forest tracks for those who want to play a little. Cross-country trails with partially illuminated trails around Dalsjön also attract just 200 meters from the cabin. When you have run out of energy, there is both a sauna and a stove to warm up by in the cottage or why not a ready-made dinner at the inn 350 meters away. Here you are close to everything you could possibly need.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can go directly from the house to hiking trails and cross-country cycling. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Welcome to our newly-built semi-detached house of 78 sqm on 2 floors in the fantastic Höglekardalen, Bydalsfjällen! Ski in-ski out for both alpine and cross-country skiing. High location with unobstructed views of the mountains. All new from 2023 with all amenities such as stove, sauna, dishwasher and washing machine. Very well-equipped kitchen. Charging station available, access by arrangement. In summer, you can reach hiking trails next to the house. 7+2 beds. 3 bedrooms. 1 sofa bed. Smoke and animal free. Cleaning is not included.

Large charming holiday home on the edge of the mountain with a lovely view of the Storsjö area. In the house, there are all the amenities that make the accommodation easy and pleasant. In winter, it is a stone's throw to the ski slope and access to cross-country ski trails as well as snowmobile trails in absolute proximity. During the summer season, you can hike directly up the mountain. Bydalsfjällen is 20 minutes' drive away with a wide range of activities. After a day of activities, it's nice to relax in the Jacuzzi on the balcony.

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

The old cottage on our farm, 200 meters from Lake Näkten

Welcome to stay in old cottage on our small farmhouse. Here you will find tranquility and can enjoy life in the countryside. There are various animals such as horses, mountain cows, sheep, chickens and ducks. It's a simple home with no running water, there's outhouse and incineration toilet. A dishwasher is available. Wonderful to swim and shower down at the boathouse and finish with a sauna. Rent our boat with engine if you want to go fishing. Linen and towels available to hire.

Ski In/Ski out in Gräftåvallens ski system and about 15 minutes to Sweden's fifth largest ski system in Bydalen and just over an hour to Sweden's best and largest ski system in Åre. In Gräftåvallen, Sweden's largest ski club is located and directly adjacent to the cabin there are 45 km of prepared ski trails. The cottage has everything needed for a ski holiday with large living areas, fireplace and sauna.
