Welcome to a cozy and modern cottage in the Jämtland mountains! The cottage is within walking distance (about 10 minutes) to Gräftåvallens ski resort. At the ski resort, there is Fjällgården with a good restaurant and a small convenience store. For more downhill skiing, Bydalen is about 20 minutes by car. The cottage is located at the end of a cul-de-sac - hence some car traffic in the area. Ramp to snowmobile trail just behind the cabin. Proximity to hiking, fishing and berry picking. Swimming beach and fishing in Häggsåssjön about 7 km.

Amazing mountain experience in Ottsjö in Åre

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Welcome to our newly built semi-detached house of 78 sqm on 2 floors in fantastic Höglekardalen, Bydalsfjällen! Ski in-ski out for both alpine and cross-country skiing. High location with unobstructed views of the mountains. All new from 2023 with all amenities such as stove, sauna, dishwasher and washing machine. Very well-equipped kitchen. With just 150 m to the slopes, you just have time to wake up before you can take the first manchestra swings. There are slopes for everyone, from green to black and nice forest trails for those who want to play a little. Even cross-country trails with partially illuminated joints around Dalsjön attract only 200 meters from the cabin. When you run out of your legs, there is both a sauna and a fireplace to warm up by in the cabin or why not a ready-made dinner at the inn 350 m away. It's close to everything you could possibly need.

Log cabin 55 sqm located by the sandy beach of Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Plenty of parking spaces and access to a charging station. Check in at 3 p.m., check out at 11 am Departure cleaning is not included. Bed linens and towels are not included.
