In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

During the summer season, you can hike directly up the mountain. Bydalsfjällen is 20 minutes' drive away with a wide range of activities. After a day of activities, it's nice to relax in the Jacuzzi on the balcony.

Welcome to this cozy home with proximity to Bydalen's ski slopes. The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms with beds for six people and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well planned and is connected to the dining area. In the same room there is also a sofa bed, armchairs and fireplace for coziness after a day on the slopes. The cottage also has a lovely sauna with space for six people. Near the cabin there is a ski lift that takes you up to the lift system. Welcome!

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

In Gräftåvallen, Sweden's largest ski club is located and directly adjacent to the cabin there are 45 km of prepared ski trails. The cottage has everything needed for a ski holiday with large living areas, fireplace and sauna.
