I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Seu Manoel and his wife were very kind, the apartment is very nice, large and spacious. The condominium is well located and the condominium is wonderful.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. The space is great for two people and all the utensils were working perfectly. I didn't have any unforeseen events, and Cibele was always available. I highly recommend it.

Excellent accommodation, exactly as is in the pictures, the host was your sister Veronica, very attentive. The location itself of the Poço beach found it great, easy access and offers varied typical foods. The ap is close to the mall, but by car! No others was a great stay and yes we can return. Gratitude Veronica!

Wonderful house, we went on the 13th and it was unanimous, everyone loved the house. The host was very attentive, answered everything we needed, left enough mineral water for the period of stay. I highly recommend the house and the host!!!

The house is excellent, has a differentiated infrastructure: It is equipped with first class utensils (the premium suite bed games are a show in themselves). The host takes care of every detail, is always available and very helpful. The beaches in the area are paradisiacal, so much so that our initial idea was to take tours but when we saw the beaches near the house, we gave up the schedule and stayed there. There is no commerce very close by, so it is essential to ensure the basic food and medicine needed for emergencies. We hired Amanda (host referral) to help us with cleaning and cooking, she's great. It was an experience that really paid off, that's the opinion of the 12 people who stayed at the house. I recommend and have plans to be back again. I only have compliments for the house we stayed this weekend. All exactly as described and as the photos. Impeccable organization and cleaning, not to mention that the house is cute, the decoration is all beautiful and clean. Large kitchen that makes us comfortable for the demands, very cozy and comfortable rooms, including good space to put a crib, which was what I did, in the room I stayed. Air conditioning works perfectly well and the leisure area is also excellent to meet the demands of a family, with pool and barbecue. The region also very quiet and without noise of connected sounds. For those who go with children and the elderly, it is perfect! The overly proactive and kind hosts, in every need, have met us well. Compliment only😊!

All environments and top-tier furniture. As tenos a 9-year-old son and a 3-month-old son, we didn't have any problems, on the contrary, there was so much in the apartment (toys, appliances, etc.) that we didn't even use everything. The leisure area is perfect, we made friendships and barbecue with the neighbors. Finally, as it is in Cabedelo, today the best place in Paraíba, we went to the best beaches in minutes. We will definitely return in February 2025

Our stay was amazing! The accommodation is very comfortable, safe and well located, with easy access to what we needed. Viviane was super attentive from the start, and the staff of the building were also very helpful. Everything was clean, organized and exactly like in the pictures. We would definitely stay there again!

We were in two couples. The 2 bedrooms are great. It has even in the lounge. The flat is new. Well-equipped. We like everything. We would be back for sure. I have only one suggestion, it would be cool if there were glasses in addition to the glasses in the kitchen. Thank you so much for your stay.

The place was as advertised. The host was very accommodating and responsive.

I really liked the apartment and the building. All clean and very helpful and polite staff. I liked the place we hosted because it was with a child under the age of 2 and without a car. We stayed at the local beach, which is very quiet and there are a few meters of walking from some stalls. There is a little market in front of the building and a bakery about 2 blocks ago.

The stay was quiet and I was very well received. The apartment was very clean and organized.
