Between Nîmes and Avignon. The studio has its own independent entrance. It consists of a living room with open kitchen, furnished and equipped (stovetop, hood, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, Senseo coffee machine) and a bathroom with toilet. There is a mezzanine with a double bed. The apartment has reversible air conditioning. (Ps: the mezzanine being steep the sofa also makes a bed) There is a private terrace in front of the accommodation. Parking is free and very easy on the street

Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches). Access to the owners' pool from early May to late September.

The holm oaks

The apartment is independent, quiet with a private terrace, on the ground floor of our house backed by the hill of holm oaks. Designed for two people, it's not suitable for children. The property is fenced, with parking space. As a hygiene measure, no pets are allowed and no smoking is allowed indoors or outdoors.
