Cwtyn is a detached,stone built former swill house,used to prepare pig feed in the 19th century. It has been converted into a cosy self-catering cottage whilst retaining the original stone fireplace and slate hearth. It is now an open-plan space,compact and practical, with bathroom, kitchen, log burner,TV and Wi-Fi. Outdoors there is an enclosed space,slate patio,seating,fantastic views and private parking. Rural,peaceful and unique - a great base for exploring Snowdonia,Anglesey and Lleyn.

Access to the Welsh Highland Railway from the station in the village, its a short ride to the picturesque village of Beddgelert or to the historic town of Caernarfon.

This is a stunning location. An ancient stone "Bothy" still retaining an old world charm. This is a very special place with views over the picturesque Llyn Peninsular which will take your breath away. With landscaped grounds and a lake to walk around, or sit beside and watch the wildlife. We are also in a central location for access to both zipworlds, as well as close distance to Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon)
