L'appartamento viene spesso utilizzato anche per lunghe permanenze in quanto è completamente accessoriato e vicino ad Università, Scuola Normale Superiore, Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, Ospedale Santa Chiara e Teatro Verdi. Si trova al primo piano e mezzo di un edificio senza ascensore, per raggiungerlo ci sono due rampe di scale abbastanza comode.
