We are located between Cajamar and Pirapora do Bom Jesus in the Ponunduva neighborhood, in a region made up of farms, 60 km from the capital of Sao Paulo, with access via the Anhanguera Highway. The farm has 3 thousand m² with breathtaking views of Serra do Japi. In addition, we have a swimming pool, complete barbecue area (pizza oven, wood stove and barbecue), cable TV, Starlink internet (via satellite) and spacious and well-ventilated rooms.

There is a star monkey (white-tufted marmoset) who is wild and lives in the vicinity and occasionally likes to visit the house, affectionately known as Maurício.

For the more adventurous and nature lovers, there is a small rustic waterfall (little visited) inside the condominium (about 1 km from the house), which can be accessed on foot or by car. A great place for meditation and, if you're lucky, you can find hummingbirds coming to drink water at the waterfall.
