The apartment is located in the city center. 80 meters from the sea, and also 50 meters from the market square, where there is a daily grocery market. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, a large number of grocery stores, pharmacies, hairdressers. Large supermarkets are located 1-2 km from the apartment. 100 meters from the house is the main attraction - the 11th century Monastery, where exhibitions of famous artists are held ( from the museum of the collection of Baroness Thyssen).

Charming beachfront apartment. Located in the town center, with fantastic views of Sant Feliu de Guíxols beach. Renovated in 2019, this apartment features a living room/kitchen and a private terrace. There is a private double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The entire house has plenty of natural light, and you can see the beach and the sea from the living room, kitchen, and bedroom.
