Holiday rentals in Cala Fornells

Tomeu’s place is amazing and well located in the center of the island. From his place, we were able to visit different parts of the island every day. There is a supermarket and restaurants/bars less than 10 minutes away by car. The house is super clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The swimming pool was clean, and we were able to enjoy it at the beginning of April. Kids enjoyed it. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to continue exploring Mallorca.

Very nice house in a prime location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week. Separate electricity billing very transparent and reasonable. Raquel was available at any time. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That means microwave radiation 24/7! Personally, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlord, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building services... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrill that you actually cannot sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. You can't even hear the pool pump in the basement garage. Great! It was not possible to determine why a water pump must be so loud that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden line has a leak, and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

Joan's place perfectly matched what we were looking for to enjoy the island of Mallorca. The accommodation itself is very spacious, in perfect condition, with all amenities (2 bathrooms, a washing machine ...). We particularly enjoyed the bedding, very comfortable! In addition, its location is ideal to be able to reach the different tourist areas of the island (less than1 hour from the four corners of the island), while being in a peaceful village. Very, very quiet beautiful location. Exactly what we were looking for and needed. The house, the terrace and the beautiful pool allowed us great and relaxing days. We felt very comfortable. Very clear recommendation. The contact with Guillermo was also very good, we needed help once because of the electricity and Guillermo was on site within 10 minutes.

Amazing location. Amazing views. Perfect stay for a few days if you are looking to cycle along the mountains. Central soller just a short walk away

We had a wonderful time at the house. With 8 people we had enough space. We really enjoyed the view of the bay of Soller from the terrace. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The house is well equipped, we didn't need the lower living room at all. The welcome by Mari was very warm and the shopping tips were helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Dar stay at Manel's place was very great. He took very good care of our family.

A truly fantastic house in a fabulous location. Thanks to Mette and Christopher for sharing their holiday home where we had a wonderful week. The house is comfortable, well furnished and equipped. All local amenities including the supermarket, beach and shops/bars/restaurants all less than a 5 minute walk away. Everybody in the village was very friendly and welcoming. The beach umbrellas and chairs came in very handy and we loved the rooftop terrace for sundowners when we got back each day. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again
