House with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, big kitchen with dining-room, living-room and terrace with sofa. Very well decorated and well equiped (television, video, microwaves, washing machine, dry-machine, dishwasher, full equiped, bed clothes, towells etc). Three floors. The house is very cosy and new. From the 23th of June you can enjoy the "Jaleo" o "Sant Joan", the famouse horses party and you can see it from the house. The house is in the best possible location if you want to stay in the centre of the city. Traffic is not allowed in the street. The area is very familiar and menorquin people. If you need someone to pick you up at the airport we can arrange it. We can rent you bicycles, because is the best way to move around. Close to restaurants and shops and near transports.

The Can Pons apartment is located in the middle of nature next to 2 other apartments. It has a parking space, barbecue and swimming pool shared with the other 2 apartments. Its location is unbeatable as we are two minutes from the beach and very close to the "Camí de Cavalls" (horseback riding trail) that will take you to Cala Mitjana or Cala Macarella. You can also find restaurants, supermarkets, and a bus stop nearby. We have been renting for many years with good reviews, but as this is a new listing, they have been deleted.
