On the first floor, at street level, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, 2 full bathrooms, an open kitchen, a living room, and a large outdoor terrace with a 2x2 mini-pool. In the basement there is a gym and direct access to the parking space. A/C in all rooms, Wi-Fi, TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. An apartment near the beach with its own terrace and outdoor kitchen as well as sea view. Free parking directly in front of the apartment.
