Dreamy courtyards, mysterious roofs, old staircases whose history has not been erased by the passage of time, are waiting for you in our accommodation to make your stay in the city complete. Rooftops, patios, stairs, everything is ready to make your stay perfect. We will personally assist you upon your arrival, my husband or I, or both, will try as much as possible to introduce you to our city and our history, with recommendations of places to visit and places where you can savor our gastronomy........ The mysterious Santa Cruz neighborhood, the Cathedral and its Giralda, the Alcázar gardens, the famous and renowned churches of Seville, all this and more await you just a few minutes walk from our apartment. The Puerta de Jerez metro station is just a ten-minute walk away, the Santa Justa train station is just twenty minutes away, and there are several private parking lots just a five-minute walk from the apartment Our building consists of both private and tourist apartments. We ask you to be considerate of the other neighbors' peace, so we inform you that it is totally forbidden to have parties in the building and in the apartment. The maximum number of people in the apartment is limited to four.

We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.
