Serenità is a 6-8 minute walk (500 meters) to city center, 8-10 minute (700 meters) walk through town to stairs to the beach, a 12 minute (900 meters) walk to the train station and a 3 minute drive to the tourist port. Short walk to city center, yet in a quiet area.

Self-catering, terraced house (villetta a schiera) in a complex of 5, newly refurbished, equipped with all you need for your holidays and a seasonal shared (with about 15 other flats) swimming pool (June to September). The nearest beach is Santa Maria, 800m down the hill, with bars and restaurants by the sea. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a small but functional living room/kitchen, an outdoor patio with dinner table and lounge chairs, and a garden.
