Located in a pedestrian area, 25 meters from the beach, direct ocean view, surrounded by shops, services, restaurants and entertainment venues. Good atmosphere. 6 minutes from the train station, where you can park for free. 1 hour from Barcelona or Port-Aventura and 30 minutes from Sitges. Important: It is NOT a continuous rental apartment, it is our second residence and we would like you to take care of it as if it were your own. Ideal for a couple with children, or two couples. "Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Cute ocean-front apartment with 1 double and 2 single bedrooms, which can be converted into doubles by extending the beds, so the apartment can host up to six people. There's also a portable baby travel bed if you are travelling with a baby or a toddler. All bedrooms are facing the interior so they are very quiet. For a relaxed beach holiday, the location doesn’t get any better than this. You step out of the house and the beach is literally right there.
