Also close proximity to beach. This property is waterfront on Sabine lake with a 400 ft private pier, great fishing, a good place to tie up your boat. Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. Short term renters are upstairs and share the outside areas & pier.

Sweet Little Fishing Camp

Take it easy at this unique, perfect little place. After fishing all day in Big Lake for speckled trout and red fish, relax just a few minutes from the public boat ramp and guide services. Plenty of parking for a boat. Big beautiful back yard with huge shade trees. Wildlife Refuge only minutes away. Just a fishing camp is all it is. No pets allowed. No WiFi. Please remember this is an old camp with that said, Please be nice with the thermostat. There are room fans to help keep cool.
