Fui con toda mi familia y nuestra mascota (una perrita pequeña Shiba Inu) y nos encantó, la casa es súper amplia y el patio también, baños grandes, camas muy cómodas, y un espacio muy ameno para pasarla juntos, sin duda volveré pronto más días.

El lugar impecable, tal cual se describe. excelente ubicación con acceso a buenos restaurantes, bares, supermercados y un centro comercial, barrio seguro. A pesar de estar en una zona animada, la calle donde esta el apartamento es muy tranquila. El anfitrión dispuesto a colaborarte en lo que necesites, respuestas rápidas; le agradezco el poder entrar más temprano al alojamiento.

Great place to stay if you need somewhere quiet to sleep! It's so quiet at night you could hear a pin drop in the street. The balcony is a great spot to relax with a coffee or beer. The recommendations the host left on the door for using indrive was a life saver, as uber doesn't really work too well in manizales from my experiance. There a few corner stores, restaurants on the street only meters away and shopping centers and atms further down the street, was very convenient!

Rene was a great host, showing exceptional responsiveness during my stay. From the moment I checked in, he was flexible with my check-in time, despite my flight arriving early. He accommodated my request. Rene was attentive to any questions I had regarding the apartment. As I typically rent a car during my stays in Colombia, the limited amenities in the vicinity did not pose any challenges. The building does not have assigned parking, so it is essential to familiarize yourself with parking. I consistently found available spots, but exercise caution if you arrive late and need to block someone in the Tandem parking. The regular single-space parking options tend to fill up quickly. The apartment itself offered a great view, was well-maintained, and provided a comfortable living space. It included a washer and dryer for extended stays. The only feature I wished for was a television in the living room. Some individuals prefer to watch television while dining it is a preference. Great Stay!

Great place to stay, the balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning, the pool was beautiful. lots of great places within walking distance. Pierre was quick to respond and proactively suggested places to visit and try. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Pereira!

Es un lugar muy comodo, amplio, cerca de avenidas principales y con muy fácil acceso. Limpieza 10 y ruido 0. Setor tranquilo, seguro, el alojamiento es tal como en las fotos y la opción de parqueadero es muy importante. La atención de los anfitriones muy atenta y todo 20 / 10.
