A pleasant stay

Nice and cozy oceanfront apartment. We are on the 9th floor of a nine-story building. It's in a very quiet pedestrian area called "the island" There are parking lots near the house, supermarkets, bars, restaurant, pharmacy... In 5 minutes walking you are at the beach. And in 7 - 8 at the train station. In just over 30 minutes you are in downtown Barcelona and 50 minutes from Barcelona Airport and 40 minutes from Girona Airport.

Nice flat recently renovated just 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and train station!. It is the ground floor of a house divide in two flats, each one for level. The living-room-kitchen is an open space with access to a sunny patio with a natural stone wall. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one of them with closet. There is a spacious bathroom.
