Our stay was spectacular! The apartment is the same as the one published in the photographs; this one has digital switches and sensors that turn off the light when you don't feel movement. The apartment is in the middle of the hill, to take into consideration if it comes on foot; but there is locomotion no more than 5 minutes walking; there are commercial places near the apartment. The fist must be placed on the touch panel of the entrance to be able to enter the access code. Communication with Juan was very smooth and very friendly; he responded to all our inquiries; we will definitely be back!

Our stay in Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not counting the beautiful view we had from the balcony . Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would come back without hesitation!

Carlos is a good host he met us when we checked in and showed us around the apartment & the facilities. He also gave us some local recommendations. The sand dunes are only 15 minutes walk and the local cafe, bakery etc is only a 2 minute walk..which was convenient. its a safe area to walk around. The apartment is lovely with a balcony in which you can sit and enjoy the views. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here when visiting again!

excellent stay we had with my group, the concierges were very friendly and the treatment in general was very good of the building staff, on the other hand, the jacuzzi areas, pool, pool, etc., were in excellent condition, José Manuel was very kind and attentive at all times and his accommodation shone from what was tidy and clean. We loved staying at Condominio polo maitencillo. Such a great place for a family to go and enjoy the space, the house was extremely beautiful, clean, and they had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed 4 nights and the house was very comfortable, as shown in the photos and in the description, the patio is wonderful, we enjoyed the quincho, sauna, jacuzzi and pool.
