We have a wonderful house situated on 55 acres in beautiful Millersburg, Missouri. It is the perfect location to get away from it all, unplug and enjoy nature. We have a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Stocked pond for fishing or swimming. If you are looking for someplace to rest and relax, then look no further. We are about 20 minutes from Columbia, Fulton and Jefferson City, so it's a perfect location to get away and still be close enough to the cities when you need something.

After a day of exploring Jefferson City, kick back and enjoy a game of pool, cocktails on the porch with a Capitol view, a private back yard, a meal around the table from the full kitchen, or a movie in the cozy living room. This house even has a loft space for the kids! There are two king bedrooms on the main level plus two full baths. The upstairs loft bedroom has two full beds and a futon. This is the perfect place for a family or a group of friends to relax and unwind.

In the mid 1940's this building was once the very popular Tremain Brothers Lunchroom, and the main road through Jefferson City was present day McCarty. Jefferson City natives fully recognize the location as the Tremain Building, so named today.
