Located 25 minutes from Montpellier, 30 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the Pic Saint-Loup, this small haven of peace will allow you to discover the hinterland, to walk in the vineyards while enjoying the beaches around Montpellier. Good tastings of local wines are also recommended in the cellars.

Close to Nîmes (10 km), city of art and culture. 25 km from Anduze (gateway to the Cévennes) and its beautiful rivers and 45 minutes from Mediterranean beaches. Also close to Uzès and Sommières. You'll love my place for its cozy and well-equipped side as well as the large garden with a terrace with barbecue, hammock and a large above-ground pool. Couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids) and four-legged friends, you are welcome!!

A private 10m² heated swimming pool overlooking the terrace is reserved for you on the land (no time constraints for use), a Mediterranean garden is present with palm, coconut, lemon, banana and olive trees. The house has a full American kitchen ( fridge, induction hob, ovens , dishwasher, tassimo coffee machine...) with a table and 4 chairs.
