ARLES center Charming house w/lovely garden

Située au cœur du quartier historique de la Roquette,ancien quartier de pêcheurs. Jolie maison, typiquement Arlésienne, meublée et décorée dans une ambiance vintage-chic et contemporaine. Son grand plus: un joli jardin privatif, arboré et fleuri où une grande table vous permettra de prendre vos repas à l'ombre du figuier ou de la tonnelle... La maison est très ensoleillée car idéalement exposée. Entièrement refaite à neuf, sur 150m carrés, et appartenant à un couple de collectionneurs, elle séduira les amateurs d'art et de design, les meubles sont des pièces originales d'architectes et de décorateurs du XXeme siècle et des oeuvres d'art contemporain, photographies, peintures, ornent les murs. Le quartier est calme et sûr et vous êtes à proximité de tous commerces et sites touristiques... C'est un quartier vivant, boulangeries (3), alimentations (+), commerces, bars, terrasses, restaurants (++)... excellents!, avec un des plus beau marché de Provence juste à coté tous les samedis! Tout se visite à pied au départ de la maison ! La Roquette est véritablement "the place to be" à Arles !!! Le rez-de chaussée: Entrée, séjour, salle à manger donnant sur jardin et grande cuisine parfaitement équipée (piano, lave-vaisselle, cave à vins, réfrigérateur-congélateur etc). En hiver un poële à bois permet de faire une bonne flambée dans le coin salon. Le premier étage: une bibliothèque avec bureau (conn. internet dans toute la maison), 1 salle de bain avec douche italienne et 2 chambres agréables dont une avec balcon-terrasse sur jardin cote soleil levant. Au second: un espace télé ( n chaines...), 1 salle de bain avec grande baignoire et 2 belles chambres spacieuses. Nous avons choisi de conserver les sols anciens en état d usage. Comme nous nous engageons en faveur du développement durable, nos chambres sont équipées de lits à lattes, de matelas, oreillers et coussins conçus à partir de composants naturels et renouvelables en bambou, soja, laine lin et en latex naturel (sève d'hévéa), et tout le linge de lit et de toilette est en coton bio. Les peintures sont à l'eau et l'entretien est réalisé dans la mesure du possible avec du savon noir, de la pierre blanche, du vinaigre blanc de la cire d abeille, afin de respecter notre environnement. Enfin: de nombreux et vastes parkings (1€/h or 10€/full day) sont à 100 m de la maison. Retrouvez toute l'âme arlésienne à la Roquette, un quartier populaire et vivant en journée, mais très calme le soir. En quelque minutes à pied, vous pourrez rejoindre la place du Forum et les différents musées, ainsi que les arènes et l'amphithéâtre. La maison est accessible en voiture, comme il n'y a pas beaucoup de trafic vous pourrez déposer vos bagages tranquillement puis vous garer non loin car de vastes parkings publics sont situés à 70m de là...
