Located in the center of Rostock, close to the University of Rostock Faculty of Philosophy, the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Medical Association and the Rostock evening high school. Only 450 m (about a 7-minute walk) from Rostock central train station. Within walking distance are an Edeka (250 m) and Cafe Paula (80 m), where you can also have breakfast. There is a bicycle room in the house.

This apartment is located in the former old school in the village and was probably originally built for the teacher in 1815. It contains one bedroom, another sleeping chamber under the roof (only bookable in summer), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The sleeping chamber under the roof can only be reached via a steep staircase. The chamber can be heated via an oven, but the roof is not perfectly insulated.

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
