Acceso a la calle independiente sin escaleras. Este estudio de 45 m² ha sido diseñado para ofrecer una estancia funcional, cómoda y acogedora. Ideal para parejas, familias o grupos de hasta cuatro personas, cuenta con una cama de matrimonio con colchón viscoelástico y un sofá cama doble, ambos con ropa de cama completa y de calidad. El espacio combina zona de salón y dormitorio en un mismo ambiente, mientras que la cocina y el baño se encuentran en estancias separadas, garantizando mayor privacidad. La cocina está totalmente equipada con nevera, vitrocerámica, microondas, cafetera y utensilios para cocinar con comodidad. El comedor, con mesa para cuatro personas, complementa el espacio de forma práctica. El baño incluye ducha de hidromasaje, toallas para cada huésped, productos de higiene personal, secador de pelo y lavadora, junto con los elementos necesarios para su uso (tendedero, pinzas, etc.). From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by.
