Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

Relax with the whole family or bring your Atvs to enjoy our beautiful mountains, or your boat to enjoy our beautiful Norris Lake. All of this within a 2 miles access. Enjoy the view of the mountain foliage from the front porch with your coffee. This family friendly home is decorated with a warm southern style you will love. We have two bedrooms, one king and one queen. Fully furnished kitchen, one full bath, relaxing cozy living room, washer and dryer! We would love to share our home with you.

Quiet friendly neighborhood just .9 miles to ATV trails no trailering required, hiking, lakes Marina's with boat rentals, parks, close by elk viewing area. 1 hour drive to Knoxville airport, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, Kentucky Splash, Cumberland Falls. House is a 2 bdrm/2 bath/5 bed 1200 sgft home. Can sleep up to 7 people comfortably. After a day of riding the beautiful and challenging trails stop for dinner or enjoy the firepit and grilling at the home.

You will have the wonderful convenience of unloading your trailer & riding to the trails. We are located 4 minutes off exit 134. You can be at The Flats on Windrock in 30 minutes, The Eternal Flame on Windrock in about 45 minutes. Nemo Tunnel and Brushy Mountain Prison is about a 15 hour round trip. Royal Blue is conveniently less than 20 minutes. There you will find, The Top Of The World, Widow Maker, & many others. Travel about 20 minutes farther down Royal Blue to Tacket Creek.

Our outdoor living spaces are unmatched and with just a gentle slope down to the water, you can enjoy cornhole in the yard, floating in the water, roasting marshmallows in the firepit, or just relaxing on the covered deck. Inside, the house is equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal and rest your head after a day in the sun! Park your boat in the covered boat slip and tie up another on the outside without worry as we are in a quiet cove without any traffic.

Cozy and secluded, Mary’s Cottage is a vintage-style mountain retreat near Norris Lake, Windrock Park, and ATV/hiking trails. The home backs the Appalachia Trail Mountain Range. There is county authorized, public road access for ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles) to the Wind Rock ATV Park and the City of Rocky Top, TN. (windrockpark.com) The home is close to the interstate. Norris Dam, Norris Lake access and Norris Dam State park are less than a 10 minute drive. Many other local attractions. This is a nice, private getaway.
