This private accommodation (no shared areas) consists of a bedroom with a window directly onto the street, two queen-size beds, a kitchen, a bathroom and a work area. Located a few steps from the famous Calle 59, which is full of bars, restaurants and cafes. It has minimalist décor and is located on the ground floor of an old colonial house. There may be occasional noise due to the proximity to Calle 59 (pedestrianised). Earplugs are provided so you can rest.

It has a queen-size bed, full bathroom, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and equipped kitchenette.

The accommodation: The apartment is fully equipped, has Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, air conditioning, separate bathroom, separate entrance, stove, refrigerator, queen size bed, refrigerator, armchair, table, and chairs. The finishes are completely top quality and it has a balcony, so you can go out and get some air. We are currently building more apartments at the end of the hallway, but we adapt to people's departure times.

Casa Serena, located in the heart of the city, is a spacious and warm space, with sober tones that provide a visual rest. Mango wood, macrame, natural fibers and original pieces are the perfect mix for a pleasant stay. Two inner courtyards display its green splendor, with palms and magnificent "tiger claws". Walking in the surroundings you can enjoy an afternoon full of color, the evening breeze and magnificent sunsets.

MY APARTMENT: clean, comfortable, independent and private

The apartment is three blocks from the Camarón roundabout, the university area and the hospital area on one side and on the other near Periférica Avenue, you can walk to several places to eat whatever you crave: seafood, meats, Mexican food, pizzas, etc. Walking takes 15 to 20 minutes to the ADO terminal or about six minutes by taxi. IT DOES NOT HAVE PARKING, but there is usually space to park on the street.

Welcoming private apartment

We conditioned the apartment to our full pleasure. It is well lit, the spaces are comfortable and can serve as a reception for visitors as a tourist plan; or, as a business plan. Another extra detail is that the apartment is in a quiet area, has parking and by car it is possible to get to the historic center up to five minutes; in addition to its location, the street flows into three of the city's main avenues.
