A wonderful house with a stunning sea view, fully equipped with accessories and amenities. Florian was always very attentive and quick to respond. We felt at home right away, very tidy, well-furnished, and clean. Highly recommended :)

Highly recommend this home to families with children! Our kids loved the pole, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. A quiet and nice place that we would love to visit again. The breakfast buffet was incredibly luxurious and fresh, with lots of different options. Nice apartments with comfortable beds. We had a cozy private patio.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is perfect, very central and comfortable to explore the whole island, but at the same time incredibly quiet. The apartment has everything you need. Also, it was extremely clean, something we really appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend time in total serenity in an ideal location.

Beautiful accommodation, very tasteful, stylish, cozy, well equipped and clean - plus the great view of the sea. 😍 The location is super short in the village of Marciana Marina -man reaches supermarket,restaurants and bars in minutes on foot. You can hike from there and explore everything else on the island. Luise was a very friendly, proactive host who responded immediately to questions and described everything superbly in advance. Highly recommended accommodation-we felt very comfortable!!

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including WiFi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very nice and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected event.

We spent beautiful days on Elba as a family. The children could play in the garden, the beautiful sandy beach was within walking distance. We were alone in the cottage, it was quiet and has everything you need. I particularly highlight the very good communication before and during the stay with the owners and Ivana. Ivana lives in Elba and takes care of everything on site. She is adorable and always very friendly and helpful! Thank you again!

Elisabetta is a perfect host: very helpful always to reach and happy to give tips for the place. We felt very comfortable immediately, a warm welcome. The apartment was just as described and is top notch equipped. Really everything there and in perfect conditions. Modern and versatile. Both the "center" of Pescaia and the beach were within walking distance. Nevertheless, a quiet residential area with plenty of parking all around the apartment. Even a charging facility for electric cars is in the neighborhood (AC and DC). We enjoyed the small terrace. Even for our dog, bowls, snack bags, a sleeping pillow and a water bottle were lovingly prepared for the dog for on the go. Great. Very happy to come back and we can only recommend Elisabetta and the apartment.

The apartment was very nice and very clean, we lacked nothing. Procchio is a very nice little place! The deck is so beautiful. We also found the location generally good, only the main road was quite noisy during the day. Thank you for the wonderful stay :)

If you want to spend a few quiet days, it is recommended. The beach is very touristy as well as the restaurant. But it has enough other possibilities. Nice clean apartment. Everything you need is there.

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

We had a great time staying at Barbara’s. The apartment is very spacious well equipped and located just 3 mins walking from the beach. Barbara was very nice and always available for questions. She advices us some good places to eat and checked almost daily if we needed anything. We had some bad luck with the weather and asked if we could have a late check out to enjoy the sun and beach on our last day. Barbara rearranged with the cleaning staff so we could enjoy the beach for some more hours. We are very grateful and happy to have stayed with her. Can only recommend!

Welcome to paradise! If it's after me, then Marta and Andrea have the nicest place I've ever been to (at least since I enjoy the tranquility more than the turbulent life😅)! Not only the ambiance in the apartment, especially the great location made our stay memorable. In the morning by the two dear dogs, greeted by the alpacas at noon and in between we marveled at the rabbit, the turtles and the chickens! Andrea and Marta were also always available and even helped us with a car breakdown without hesitation. Our one-year-old son was just as sad as we were when we had to leave. This will definitely not have been our last visit with them. We felt at home and highly recommend staying with the two! Thanks for the wonderful time!

Our stay at Chiccas appartement was wonderful. The rooms were clean and gave us enough space. The giant garden is an amazing place to relax in the nature and enjoy the day without going anywhere. Chicca and Arno are very nice hosts who showed us where to eat and what are the best places to go the sea. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

Very well designed new furnishings, impeccable kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Very good pots and pans. Very chic newly designed bathroom, new French doors and shutters, and new floors. Well-maintained outdoor facilities and magnificent swimming pool. We will be happy to come back.
