The Guest room at vila Shalama has its own private stairs to your own top floor bedroom, bathroom and sun terrace. Guests have access to a fridge located in the outside kitchen with the additional benefit of sharing all outside facilities with the hosts including the pool, outside pool bar and barbeque area. Villa Shalama is on the Urbanization of Camposol which has numerous shops, bars and restaurants and is approx 16 kilometres from the blue flag beaches of Puerto de Mazarron.

It is a small house with 1 bedroom, but in the living room there are 2 sofa beds. Since the weather here is mostly nice, you often stay outside. There are no neighbors across the street and behind the house. Neighbors to the left and right of the house are not always present. This means that smaller parties are possible in a private atmosphere.

Casa Bella is a beautiful detached villa located in the tranquil D sector part of the ever popular Urbanisation of Camposol in the Costa Calida area of southern Spain. There are a number of amenities on 2 commercial sectors within a short distance of the villa. For those that like to venture further afield, there are some beautiful beaches approximately a 15-20 minute drive away in Mazarron and Bolnuevo. Where you will also find more bars and restaurants to tantalise your taste buds. There is also a 19 hole golf course, yes 19 holes as you cannot forge the clubhouse where you can enjoy a drink or 2 while boasting on the great shots you hit during your round. The course is less than a 5 minute drive from the villa, plus there is an array of some of the finest golf courses in Spain within an hour drive of Camposol. There is free fiber WIFI with a speed of 300mbs, along with a free T.V package suitable for all. The property is a modernised 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached villa with a large pool (not heated) and private off road parking suitable for all year renting. The 2 bedrooms are of a good size with built in wardrobes and both fitted with hot and cold air conditioning units. There is also a 3rd air conditioning unit in the living room, along with a pellet burner for all season comfort. The dining area has an open planned feel to both the living room and modernised kitchen. There is also a partly enclosed terrace over looking a rose garden to the front of the property for alfresco dining or general relaxation. The kitchen is a good size and is equipped with all you need to make your stay feel like home, including a dishwasher and a separate utility room where the washing machine is situated. The modernised bathroom is fitted with a walk in shower cubicle, toilet and vanity unit. To the rear of the property there is a large open terrace that overlooks a secluded large private pool that is also fully gated for the safety of our younger guests and a generous sized outdoor poolside lounge area where you can enjoy a BBQ, soak up some sun and relax by the pool. For the serious sun worshipers, there is an additional roof top solarium that is easily accessed by a tiled staircase that offers total seclusion while soaking up the sun.
