L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. In the charming Villasimius in Campulongu, 350 metres from the beach you can walk along the pine forest and reach the sea. The villa is on the ground floor, consists of kitchenette and living room, hallway, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms; around 350 square meters of green lawn, with various parking spaces. In the back a large patio with table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, washing machine, outdoor shower. In August it is possible to book the whole month, the first two weeks, the last two weeks, the first 3 weeks.
