Cabin is nice & cozy with plenty of room for the whole family. Bonus coffee bar also for all you coffee lovers. Open deck with fire pit. Perfect for secluded get-away or family vacation & near the beautiful Historic Natchitoches for Downtown shopping. Natchitoches is known for festivals throughout the year including their Christmas Festival.

Our newly renovated cabins are located 10 minutes from downtown Natchitoches, LA on 30 acres of gated property on Bayou Pierre. It is quiet, secluded, and beautiful. Upstairs the cabin has a bedroom with a queen bed, a loft area with two twin bed, and also a living area, kitchen, and bathroom downstairs. Come relax on the back porch on the swing. It is equipped with Satellite, WIFI, basic kitchen supplies, bedding, a grill, and more. We have trails to explore and a floating dock in the bayou!

Shops/restaurants are a quick 10-minute drive to Front St. Take in the scenery of historic Natchitoches famous for its Christmas Festival, meat pies, and for being the location of the film “Steel Magnolias.” Located just minutes from local favorite bar/restaurant “Cane River Commissary.”

Little Big House

4 bedroom 2 bath home on Cane River Lake in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Built in 1942, and newly refurbished with hardwood and tile floors throughout. Located 4 miles from Historic Downtown Natchitoches. When reserving Little Big House, count each person that will be staying as a guest. Some hosts list the entire home for a set price but we charge per person. This allows a small group to enjoy the stay without paying full pricing for eight people. Minimum of two and maximum of eight people.

We're 25 minutes from Natchitoches on Black Lake. We are in a secluded area of a dead end road. Enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by Spanish moss covered trees. Under the covered front porch, you'll find comfortable seating with great views of the lake. The large windows provide lake views and let in plenty of natural light. Spend the day in town shopping or enjoying a festival. Return home to relax with a meal on the grill or a glass of wine with friends around the firepit.
