Excellent! The apartment is impeccable! Everything was very clean, Maria Paula was super friendly, she changed the TV for a bigger one without us asking and was super flexible with check-in and check-out, I would definitely go back there!

Really enjoyed our stay at bivis beach flat !! It was a great location to start off our trip with a beautiful view! The town is walkable but also just as easy to take cheap tuk tuk to and from! Would recommend!

Very cozy and clean duplex, with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The area where the very quiet and safe building was located. The beach was about a 5 to 10 minute walk but nothing tedious to get to. What if there is no place to buy in the area, so it is recommended to bring everything.

I had a great experience staying at Solange's apartment. From the beginning, it was very communicative and friendly which made the whole process very simple. The apartment was impeccably clean, very comfortable and well-equipped. The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from the seawall, in a very quiet and quiet area. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

The place is super cozy, with decoration that defines the personality of the owners very well, it conveys peace, I loved the detail of the water for my pet. It is worth mentioning that the family pool of the condominium is under maintenance, as well as the sauna, which we could not use either. The adult pool is very small, so we don't use it very often. The condo is very close to Playa Norte, so it is the main attraction. Everything is very safe. The stay was very quiet and beautiful. I would come back anyway. Recommended!

Yudmer's home is excellent, impeccable, clean and tidy, private as to enjoy as a family or with friends. The view is amazing from all the duplex rooms. Nearby there is a convenience store where we find everything and the parking is fabulous private and safe. We had a lot of fun and had a great time. Thank you Yudmer for being attentive at all times. We hope to be back soon!!

The apartment is just like the photos and has everything to have an excellent time. The views are spectacular, the place is very quiet and peaceful and Evelyn is attentive to coordinate anything you need.

Jorge's Dept. is as described. It is small but functional enough for 4 people (we were 4 women (my adult nieces and my cousin). We had a quiet and family weekend. Jorge was quick to respond to my inquiries.

Moderately recommended The place is very comfortable and clean, the resort facilities exceeded expectations. The pool for the kids is pretty good and the food offered by the same place was very nice. Definitely a very good choice and Heidy took care of us quite well. For a highly recommended family weekend.
