Second time staying here, and we loved it. The view is amazing, and the apartment is nice, and comfortable. The location is perfect, and a nice walking distance to great restaurants and the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

If I had to summarize it in one word it would be cozy. I really liked the place and I enjoyed it from start to finish, José is very good host. He was attentive from the first moment and gave facilities and suggestions for the area, I felt very comfortable and at home. I'd come back without hesitation.

We had a nice few days at Christian's apartment. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and the host is always looking to answer any queries attentively and kindly. The apartment is literally facing the beach. It's spacious and with the necessary amenities to have a good weekend.

I loved the stay! This is the second time we have stayed because we felt right at home, everything very tidy as the description....and in fact we will return the next vacation!

Jorge's Dept. is as described. It is small but functional enough for 4 people (we were 4 women (my adult nieces and my cousin). We had a quiet and family weekend. Jorge was quick to respond to my inquiries.

Excellent place, the host is very attentive, with pool , comfortable mattresses, very good hot water and pressure, parking for 1 car, very close to the sea 2 row practically, bbq, 2 tvs, spacious and comfortable house. Equipped kitchen, oven, blender, etc. Quiet security gate.

I really liked the little house, ideal for sharing with friends or family. Accessible to everything and you are close by several venues and shops. Claudia is super attentive to any questions and the directions on how to use everything in the super Claro casita. We were greeted by Mrs. Luz's husband, then her niece in charge was attentive to us. The place is nice, private, safe, there are few families around, pet friendly. From the date we came there was a little cold in the evenings, but good weather in general. There is plenty of wildlife, we were able to walk quietly with our dogs on the beach. The house is very nice on the outside and inside, clean, with several appliances and utensils to use. The bathrooms are also very clean. The only problem is the showers, in some the water comes out but mopping is solved. The pool is small but it was very clean, quite nice. The good grill, we brought our own charcoal but had to use, I would recommend carrying lighters. It is better to come with your own car to be able to move to the boulevard of Asia easily, but in any case if there are Ubers who accept the trip,

The house was very nice, clean and tidy. My little ones had a lot of fun, it was easy to get there. Especially ivonne's friendliness and how easy it is to communicate with her. I highly recommend it.

Cute and spacious house just steps from the beach entrance. My family and I had a great weekend. Madeleine was very kind, she allowed us to stay until after check-out established by a problem we had with our mobility. We would definitely like to come back!

Excellent experience, Jhonny from the very friendly first contact and quick to answer our concerns. Very kind condo staff as well. Everything as indicated in the description. The only thing that can improve is internet service, otherwise very good.

The apartment is cozy, all tidy and clean. Only the coffee pot and the bulkheads should be fixed. The sea exit at night is dark the way. Hence everything is very helpful from the security that works to the owner.

A very nice view, the beach is small and it fills fast, but one can accommodate. The beach is ideal for swimming and children.

Nice and clean apartment, good location, easy to get to, it has everything you need to spend days relaxing, close to the beach and the condominium has pools you can use, which were clean and the surroundings of the condominium too, a quiet place.
