The apartment has views to the valley, a private terrace with amazing views and an independent entrance. You can also use the common areas and the big garden. Please be aware that the apartments do not have washing machine, TV or microwave/oven. If you can’t live without those, this may not be the perfect place for your stay. Phone signal and wifi work perfectly and are quite reliable. Casa del río is the perfect way to scape the noise and experience first-hand living a simple and sustainable life in an Asturias village off the beaten track. The property is ideal for people who want to be away from the noise and crowds, as it is quite isolated and the village of Xio has no services at all. Closest services are a bar/restaurant/swimming pool 10min by car, and shops, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station, etc…20min by car.

House in a rural and quiet setting with parking, garden, covered area under an Asturian granary where you can eat and share with family or friends, or just sit and disconnect. It can accommodate up to 4 people, although it has a sofa bed. Fully furnished and equipped. Ideal for enjoying nature and the views surrounding the house, with a river a few meters away and surrounded by forests and mountains. Beach 25 min away by car. Being the last house in the village, it enjoys great privacy.

Relax in Somiedo

Disconnect from the routine in this comfortable and relaxing little house. Our house is located within the Somiedo Natural Park, in the village of La Peral. The house has an open room that combines kitchen, living room and dining room and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds) and the bathroom with shower. Lots of possibilities for natural landscapes, excursions and trekking surround our warm stay. The small village is very cozy.

Valley of silence with hot tub

Each apartment is independent and has its own entrance from the square. The shared garden is located at the top of the house. Before booking, please bear in mind that we're in a small mountain village, far from towns and services. The access is via mountain roads. There's no Wi-Fi and mobile coverage is limited. Our dogs and chickens live at La Rectoral, so we can only accept sociable dogs that are used to living with other animals.
