Nice small but well-furnished apartment with breathtaking views of the gulf above Porto Cervo, 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Private parking in front of the house, in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the famous nightlife and shops of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia. Furnished with everything: dishes, electric oven and microwave, in case of need for a change of linen (towels) the price will be €25. The washing machine will be provided with at least 5 days of stay.

From the covered veranda overlooking the sea, you can access the kitchen or the living room. The apartment is located at the intersection of Via Nazionale (the central street) and the Lungomare (the street that runs along the port and the central beach of Cannigione). Near the apartment are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and other shops.
