The apartment, completely renovated in 2024, is located inside the Punta Asfodeli residence, located on the beach of the same name. It is precisely the proximity to the sea that makes its location unique. The beach is free and the shallow, sheltered sea is ideal for children. In the residence there are tennis courts, soccer fields, beach volleyball courts, a playground, and free parking. The house is a three-room apartment located on the first floor, with a furnished terrace overlooking the greenery.

Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).
