The stay was very pleasant and comfortable, Paulo is a very kind and solicitous person, the apartment is cozy and complete, it was perfect for me, as it already had all the necessary appliances and utensils for everyday life, all in perfect working order. The location is also great as it is in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, bars and markets.

You all set with the Marina's apartment! It has a beautiful view! Safe condominium, market across the street and easy access to the main avenues. Would recommend!

The site is very pleasant, clean, quiet and discreet. Very easy to get in and out, without hassle, because it is a condominium. It has security and a parking lot close by, which serves 24 hours, at a fair price. Close to everything I needed for that moment. I recommend the apartment and for sure, when I need accommodation again, I will look for this place. Pablo was very kind to send the explanatory videos of how to get in and out, which was fundamental to me. Thank you for empathy and kindness. I recommend the site.

The location of the apartment is great, as it is close to the courts, the federal court, the MPF and the MP. Plus, Brenda and her dad are wonderful people. They were extremely attentive.

Ap well equipped. Spacious environments. It has a safety screen in the windows great for those with children.

Sensational service with Luisa. We received at the agreed time and was always very helpful. The place is true to the photos presented, with great infrastructure, both internal and the condominium. I recommend it.

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

Always very well received and served. Our executive director is a recurring guest, as you have become accustomed to the neighborhood and everything is within your reach. Well located and satisfied.
