Very clean, very comfortable, a lot of thoughtful details, big area. There's not enough dishwasher, otherwise it's perfect. I reccomend this accommodation!!

Joana's space is very comfortable, everything is clean and new, everything is working. We were there in the winter and we were very warm in the house. The location is great, quiet, close to important tourist attractions and the main services. There's a delicious little restaurant nearby. It was a really great choice!

Once there you never want to leave. Wonderfully decorated, big bright apartment, you are on the 4th floor so you have unrestricted views of the promenade, the port and waves of the Atlantic! The sun pours into every room, and the 2 added terraces are perfect for a early morning cup of coffee or a late evening glass of Port🍷Hope to return for a longer stay !

We highly recommend it! Nelson is very responsive and friendly. Perfect location 2 min walk to the beach (sea view). The apartment is even bigger than the pictures! Very well equipped and clean. The pool is great too. Only downside: maybe the lack of deckchair near the pool for sunbathing :) Thank you for the quality of the accommodation!

We went to spend the end of the year with another couple of friends and we were able to cook everything we wanted (well equipped kitchen), celebrate without disturbing, we did not lack firewood to heat the house. Antonio left us everything we needed. We have been very comfortable, like at home and there is a lot to do in the surroundings (hiking trails, Visit to Coimbra, Figueira da Foz, etc.). Antonio is attentive to what we need, he is very friendly and has passed us a lot of interesting information. The house is a rehabilitation of an old windmill…great! In the garden there are many orange trees, idea for the morning zumito. House highly recommended!

Modern building in a peaceful village. Bright and spacious apartment. Very quiet surroundings. Very clean and modern flat. Fast and reliable WiFi, smart-tv and a comfy sofa. Beds with new mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen, automatic coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle. You will need a car to get around, though. Small and well equipped store in walking distance, restaurants easily reached by car. Silvia was super friendly and always there when needed, but very discreet. She gave us valuable information on the surroundings and interesting things to see, like Águeda and Aveiro. We felt very welcome and like at home. We can fully recommend Avelino's place. I loved the house of Gafanha, that's what we were looking for. It was days of rest, the neighborhood is very quiet, we like it a lot. Cristiana was very helpful and polite, giving clear and helpful information. I highly recommend it.

Gracinda was a super host. We very much enjoyed our stay. she always responded right away when there was something and checked regularly how it went. perfect! :)

We had an amazing end of the year in a wonderful house in Fermentelos! The house is perfect for groups or families, with large and comfortable spaces, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to nature adventures. The quiet and cozy atmosphere was ideal for relaxing and enjoying special moments with friends. The host was extremely helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this house without hesitation and will certainly be back!

Excellent! A very good place to spend a vacation. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed to spend a few weeks on vacation. The view we have of the ocean is wonderful. Mr. António is very attentive. I highly recommend it.

Apartment with a very quiet location. Very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing as a family. Sea views from the house and very close to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Afonso and Luis, the hosts are very friendly and willing. 100% recommended!

We stayed here for a month because my son went to school nearby. The place is nice, especially the view from the balcony! It's so lovely. The place is small but it has everything necessary. There is a washing machine in the garden. Rui was friending and helpful and responsive.

As feedback to new guests, in summary, we can say that it is an excellent option, in the “cost x benefits” ratio! The room is in accordance with the announced photos and amenities. The site is very nice and is located a few meters from Rua Ferreira Borges, that is, new guests should consider the fact that they will be in the heart of the Historic Centre of Coimbra.
