Better than a swimming pool: the Etang de Thau is 5 m from the apartment. We bathe there, safely (shallow depth on the edge, water warmer than the sea and of very good quality). The neighborhood is a point advancing on the pond, but which remains close to the city center. The apartment (37 m²) is a first floor part of a villa, but independent. Very bright, it gives to the west on the pond and its sunsets, and to the east on 400 m² of wooded garden (vines, fig trees).
