Holiday rentals in Cap del Pinar

We had a wonderful time, in Astrid's beautiful and very comfortable house. It's a luxurious annex right next to their own house. Nevertheless, you have complete privacy. At the same time, the host is easy to reach at any time and extremely friendly. The finca is located on a hill above Manacor. The drive there takes about 12-15 minutes over small, winding roads. If you are looking for peace and comfort in an extensive property created by botanical standards, this is the place to be. A truly recommended oasis.

Tomeu’s place is amazing and well located in the center of the island. From his place, we were able to visit different parts of the island every day. There is a supermarket and restaurants/bars less than 10 minutes away by car. The house is super clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The swimming pool was clean, and we were able to enjoy it at the beginning of April. Kids enjoyed it. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to continue exploring Mallorca.

If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this is the place to be. We immediately felt comfortable at the place. The small fincar is very idyllically located and equipped with everything you need. We particularly liked the seating area in front of the house. From there we could watch the neighbors chickens +rooster, who visited us more often. We were also able to start cycling directly from the house, even if the 1.3 km long access road was not paved throughout. Xiasca was always easily accessible for us. For us, there was absolutely nothing to complain. We had a wonderful one. Vacation and would be happy to come back.

Such a beautiful house sorrounded by nature. Super nicely decorated and it has all amenities you could wish for. In a quiet village away from the crowds of tourists. Highly recommend!

A beautifully located house in quiet surroundings – perfect for a relaxing break. The kitchen could be a little more extensive (more glasses, cutting boards, casseroles would be helpful). The furniture on the roof terrace is unfortunately damaged, but otherwise the house is very cozy and well furnished. The fast and friendly contact with the rental was particularly positive. Overall a good stay!

A fabulous place for a relaxing, peaceful break. Pedro’s house is very convenient for Palma airport and for the pretty town of Llucmajor. All the bedrooms are very comfortable and three of them have their own access, which is perfect for giving everyone space! The bathrooms are very good and the kitchen is equipped for cooking - which we did a lot! There is a well-maintained barbecue at the outside dining area and there is nothing nicer than eating lunch by the pool every day. Inside, there are two lounge areas which are comfortable and decorated in keeping with the finca style with a big dining table that has space for everyone (we ate in when the evenings were cool). Pedro was a great help and put us in touch with a minibus driver so all of us could enjoy a day and night out in Palma together without worrying about finding taxis. I can’t recommend Pedro’s house highly enough. It was glorious!

Perfect stay! Very pleasant apartment in a typical town, very well located for visiting the island. Convenience stores and restaurant a few minutes' walk away. Compliant with photos, see better, very clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. Exterior with terraces, swimming pool and garden, sheltered from the wind, top. A big thank you to Manel for her availability, her welcome, her advice, and her welcome touches.

A truly fantastic house in a fabulous location. Thanks to Mette and Christopher for sharing their holiday home where we had a wonderful week. The house is comfortable, well furnished and equipped. All local amenities including the supermarket, beach and shops/bars/restaurants all less than a 5 minute walk away. Everybody in the village was very friendly and welcoming. The beach umbrellas and chairs came in very handy and we loved the rooftop terrace for sundowners when we got back each day. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again
