Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.

Stay in an elegant, newly renovated apartment in the heart of Villasimius, within walking distance of restaurants, bars and boutiques. The large panoramic terrace is ideal for relaxing at sunset, dining outdoors or admiring the sea and the starry sky, with barbecue available. It is a small penthouse of about 90 square meters with a private terrace of 25 square meters. La nostra casa è un appartamento signorile di 70 mq di recente costruzione, luminoso e curato nei minimi dettagli e sito al primo piano in un condominio di pregio molto tranquillo in zona non trafficata e non rumorosa con ampia possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva comodamente al centro del paese ed a tutti i servizi senza dover utilizzare la macchina.

La casa è situata in zona centralissima, a meno di 50 metri dalla piazza dove si svolgono i principali spettacoli estivi e ad un minuto a piedi dalla via dello “struscio serale" (Via del Mare), ma al tempo stesso la zona notte è molto riservata, ed è stata interamente ristrutturata nella primavera 2020. E' dovuta l'imposta di soggiorno pari a 1€ al giorno per persona sopra i 10 anni.
