We are approx 900m from the local township and shops, situated at the end of a culdesac with no passing traffic. Enjoy full sea views from most rooms, and watch the ferry crossing from the deck. Quality appliances include Miele dishwasher and washing machine and SMEG oven. You are invited to forage in the gardens for veges and herbs. Free wifi too!

Yoho House - serene nature retreat on the Fleurieu

Nestled in a stunning valley and only meters from two spring fed creeks, Yoho House is a luxurious and secluded cottage located on a 80 acre farm on the Fleurieu Peninsula. With expansive windows take in stunning views of the creeks and valley from the cosy couch while being warmed by the fireplace. Soak away the hours in the deep bath or cook a hearty meal in the modern kitchen. With the sun shining enjoy a picnic under the giant Elm tree listening to nature’s soundtrack in the lush garden.

She's a caravan, lovingly and carefully restored, one part of your private village housing all the luxuries you'll need for your perfect getaway. Evelyn is built from the ground up with 90% recycled, reused, scrounged and found materials, set in a secluded part of our property, next to majestic gum trees nestled amongst nature. A bird watchers paradise with 80 species spotted around the gardens, so bring your binoculars.

A lovingly restored 70’s beach shack perched on the edge of the iconic Deep Creek national park. The property is set up to maximise the beauty of the surrounding environment: laze in the hammock, cook a meal over the roaring coals in the fire pit, have the best sleep of your life in the cozy beds lined with French linen or bathe under the amazing night sky. The possibilities for your stay are endless but one thing is certain - you won't want to wake up from your own Tangerine Dream.

A Room with a View@ Cape Jervis

This cute weekender is situated on the edge of a small fishing village, Cape Jervis (on the mainland) gateway to Kangaroo Island. Whether your heading to the island or leaving, this is perfect location to stop, unwind, revive before you continue your journey. Or you may want to trek a section of the Heysen Trail, or trek through Deep Creek National Park, or just do nothing and relax. NOTE: minimum 2 nights over Long Weekends. No wifi (try to disconnect) Mobile reception is great.

Duckcottage: quaint stone cottage

Duckcottage is a five room stone settlers cottage built in 1853 on five acres of bushland at Second Valley. The property is now a refuge for wildlife so it is NOT suitable for dogs or cats. We call it 'duck' cottage because of the height of the doorways. It has been lovingly restored, and the habitat for birds and native animals has been established through revegetation. The property is secluded (there are no neighbours in sight) but it is a short drive to the beach.

The Valley Shack

The Valley Shack is a modern revival of the iconic Australian beach shacks of the 60s and 70s. Just a short 5 minute stroll to the rugged beauty of Second Valley beach. Come to swim, walk, paddle board, dive to see leafy sea dragons or just sit back and take in the view of rolling hills from the deck. We look forward to welcoming you to our much loved holiday home.

Situated on the Heysen Trail, a 15 minute drive from the seaside resort town of Victor Harbor, our "bespoke" carbon neutral cottage offers a quiet retreat from daily cares and frenetic activity.
