It is a cozy house, very comfortable, it has a living room with a wood-burning fireplace; spacious, practical and comfortable kitchen, all the rooms have plenty of natural light. It has a gallery with a barbecue and laundry room. A very nice inner patio with plants and natural grass. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, 10-15 minutes from downtown Salta. With excellent access to provincial and national routes. Close to all amenities: supermarket, ATM, etc.
