SOLEMARE is located on a quiet street at the beginning of the village, a 7-minute walk from the main beaches of the village and the center! You will feel at home 😊

Close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, evening markets, parties in the square, and boarding for the islands of the archipelago of La Maddalena. Skylight bedroom, not equipped with outdoor spaces, no one prohibits hanging out in the street, the inhabitants of the street love to sit outside the door of the house to chat on summer evenings, we find all this very characteristic! Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Extra sheets and towels are provided, only upon request (30 euros/person/week). N.B. The ACCOMMODATION TAX is due.

It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.
