This well-appointed lodging is situated on the top of Friglliana/Torrox road and boasts a magnificent view over Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea. Your accommodation is separated from the main house with a private entrance and your own secluded terrace with a spectacular view. It is a beautiful, big room, tastefully furnished with one double bed (or two single beds), two upholstered chairs and a table, and an additional armchair. You have your own beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom and kitchen.

Beautiful Town Villa with Sea View at Carabeo Street with 3 Bedrooms and heated Spa-Pool. Historic house in Andalusian style, but totally reformed and modernised, with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the salon, 2 big bathrooms, private patio and terraces with fantastic sea and city views. In the patio there is a big Swim-Spa Pool (4 x 3 meters) for all year to enjoy. Calle Carabeo is a pedestrian street in the first line, the house only a minute walk to beaches and famous Balcon de Europa.

Marta's choice! My colleague Marta suggested me this villa, located in the centre of Nerja. She wanted to make a bet that this would become a very popular villa. In her opinion, our clients wouldn't mind to pay a bit more. But I had my doubts... the villa was and is not cheap, although the interior is of good quality. Finally, we were able to take something off the price and made it happen... Location and outside area And our clients love the villa!
